These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at www.islppro.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Instrumental Speech Language Pathology, doing business as Instrumental Speech Therapy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, contacting us, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Services

Instrumental Speech Therapy provides speech-language pathology services and related educational resources. Information presented on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical or therapeutic concern.

Not for emergencies. Do not use the Site, our text messaging, or any form on this page for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These messaging terms apply when you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from us.

• Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Instrumental Speech Therapy related to appointment scheduling, reminders, confirmations, account or service notifications, and related communications.

• Consent. Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving services. You confirm that the mobile number you provide is your own or that you are authorized to opt in for it.

• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

• Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

• Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and will stop sending texts unless you opt in again.

• Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. • Protected health information. Standard text messaging is not a secure or encrypted channel. Please do not send sensitive personal or health information by text. Our messages are limited to logistics (e.g., scheduling) and are not a substitute for professional clinical communication.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site or opt in to messaging on behalf of yourself or a patient in your care.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, resources, and materials — is owned by or licensed to Instrumental Speech Language Pathology and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
